A lot has changed since Bredenbeck’s Bakery first opened in 1889. But one thing hasn’t changed: Today as always, we strive to make the most delicious and delectable treats for our customers. And we still do it using only the finest all-natural ingredients.
Everything we sell at Bredenbeck’s is baked on premises, and we don’t use artificial ingredients.
Among our most popular items are:
Carrot Cake: Baked with freshly chopped carrots, raisins, nuts and spices, then topped off with a cream-cheese icing.
Black Forest Cake: A deep, dark chocolate cake infused with cherry liquor, black cherries and whipped cream, then garnished with Chocolate shavings.
Strawberry Shortcake: A traditional favorite, our strawberry shortcake starts with a yellow layer cake. But its the filling—fresh berries and real whipped cream—that keep our customers coming back.
All Occasion Layer Cake: Our custom-made layer cakes can make any special occasion memorable. Chocolate or vanilla layer cakes are filled with confectioner’s icing, then decorated per your instructions. Available in full sheets, half-sheets and quarter-sheets.
