Chocolate Wine Tart

A classic butter shortbread tart shell coated in dark chocolate and filled with a wine infused chocolate ganache. Topped with mascarpone mousse and garnished with a piece of chocolate bark. Available in a 3″ personal size, 6″ or 9″ size.
