Cake Sizing and Serving Estimates

We offer both layer and pound cakes. Layer cakes are sponge cakes that are lighter and more typical of birthday celebrations. Pound cakes are denser and richer. With this in mind, we always encourage smaller slices for our pound cakes vs. layer cakes.

Round Cakes:

4″ – Only available in pound cakes. Approximately 4 – 6 servings

7″ – Available in layer or pound cakes. Layer cakes approximately 8 – 10 servings. Pound cakes approximately 10 – 15 servings.

9″ – Available in layer or pound cakes. Layer cake approximately 12 – 15 servings. Pound cakes approximately 20 – 25 servings.

12″ – Available in layer or pound cakes. Layer cake approximately 20 – 25 servings. Pound cakes approximately 30 – 35 servings.

14″ – Only available in layer cake. Approximately 30 – 35 servings.

Sheet Cakes:

1/4 Sheet – Only available in layer cake. Can only be one flavor. Approximately 16 servings.

1/2 Sheet – Available in layer or pound cakes. Can have 2 flavors of layer cake. Can have 1 flavor of pound cake. Layer cake approximately 30 servings. Pound cakes approximately 35 servings.

Full Sheet – Available in layer or pound cakes. Can have 2 flavors of layer or pound cake. Layer cake approximately 60 servings. Pound cakes approximately 70 servings.

Tiered Cakes:

Only pound cake

2 tier range from 30 – 60 servings

3 tier range from 55 – 120 servings

4 tier range from 120 – 200 servings

We recommend inquiring for your order at least 3 weeks prior to your order date. This will give us further time to discuss your options and different quotes. We ask that all specialty orders are finalized and a deposit placed no later than 1 week prior to the date.

Tiered cakes start at $5.25 per serving. Our specialty cut out or sheet cakes are priced per design. Additional design pricing is determined based on complexity and materials necessary.

Nut Allergies

Although we offer nut free products, we are not a nut free facility. For those highly allergic we recommend seeking out a nut free bakery to better accommodate your needs and reduce the risk of cross contact. 

Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free

We offer gluten free, dairy free, and egg free products respectively. Unfortunately, we do not yet offer gluten free cakes that can also be dairy free, or dairy free cakes that can also be gluten free. We ask for at least 72 hours notice these orders. 

Celiac Disease

Although we offer gluten free products, we are not a gluten free facility. For those highly allergic we recommend seeking out a celiac bakery to better accommodate your needs and reduce the risk of cross contact. 

We do not recommend refrigeration for any of our specialty cakes unless previously specified for your specific order. We do not suggest refrigerating any cakes that are iced or decorated with fondant. Please note, we also do not recommend any icings, decorations, or fillings that require refrigeration on cakes with fondant pieces. 

Yes. Delivery is available for any order. Please note, we require at least 48 hours notice for delivery orders. Delivery fees are based upon time and mileage round trip. Local delivery starts at $15.00.

We offer delivery from 9AM – 5PM 6 days a week. Please note, we do require 2 hour delivery windows.

Return

Our desire is for each of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase.  All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our bakery.  If for some reason, you are unsatisfied, please contact the bakery immediately.  The managers and owner will work together to resolve your situation in an individual and timely manner. Due to handcrafted nature of our products, there will not be a cash refund given. In some cases, we will offer to fix a mistake, replace a cake, or provide a gift certificate towards a future purchase.

Reschedule

We ask for at least 2 weeks notice for any rescheduling of orders. We cannot guarantee your new date will be available based on time and current order volume.

Cancellation

We do not offer refunds on cancellations within 4 days of specialty orders.

All orders canceled within 2 weeks of the order are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee.

Store credit will be given for all refunds.
