When planning a custom cake the first thing you’ll want to consider is how many guests you’re looking to serve. Please use the below serving guide to assist in your sizing choices. Please note, pound cakes have more servings than layer cakes of the same size as we recommend thinner servings for denser cakes.

Our classic tiered cake sizes have 3″ gaps between tiers and are approximately 5″ tall per tier.

2 Tier Options: 32, 42 or 54 servings

4 Tier Options: 128, 154, or 175 servings

Specialty Cake Quirks and Rules

To ensure the best final product our team has a few rules around specialty cake ordering. 

1. Tiered cakes and some specialty cakes will only be offered using pound cake to ensure the cakes stability.

2. We do not offer fillings or icings which require refrigeration on/in our tiered cakes to ensure safe travel and stability. 

3. We do not offer fillings or icings which require refrigeration on/in cakes with bright color designs or fondant. 

4. As we specialize in buttercream designs, we recommend base icing on specialty cakes be Vanilla buttercream. We do not add food dye to any other icing options.

We recommend inquiring for your order at least 3 weeks prior to your order date. This will give us further time to discuss your options and different quotes. We ask that all specialty orders are finalized and a deposit placed no later than 1 week prior to the date.

Tiered cakes start at $5.25 per serving. Our specialty cut out or sheet cakes are priced per design. Additional design pricing is determined based on complexity and materials necessary.

Nut Allergies

Although we offer nut free products, we are not a nut free facility. For those highly allergic we recommend seeking out a nut free bakery to better accommodate your needs and reduce the risk of cross contact. 

Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free

We offer gluten free, dairy free, and egg free products respectively. Unfortunately, we do not yet offer gluten free cakes that can also be dairy free, or dairy free cakes that can also be gluten free. We ask for at least 72 hours notice these orders. 

Celiac Disease

Although we offer gluten free products, we are not a gluten free facility. For those highly allergic we recommend seeking out a celiac bakery to better accommodate your needs and reduce the risk of cross contact. 

We do not recommend refrigeration for any of our specialty cakes unless previously specified for your specific order. We do not suggest refrigerating any cakes that are iced or decorated with fondant. Please note, we also do not recommend any icings, decorations, or fillings that require refrigeration on cakes with fondant pieces. 

Yes. Delivery is available for any order. Please note, we require at least 48 hours notice for delivery orders. Delivery fees are based upon time and mileage round trip. Local delivery starts at $15.00.

We offer delivery from 9AM – 5PM 6 days a week. Please note, we do require 2 hour delivery windows.


Our desire is for each of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase.  All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our bakery.  If for some reason, you are unsatisfied, please contact the bakery immediately.  The managers and owner will work together to resolve your situation in an individual and timely manner. Due to handcrafted nature of our products, there will not be a cash refund given. In some cases, we will offer to fix a mistake, replace a cake, or provide a gift certificate towards a future purchase.


We ask for at least 2 weeks notice for any rescheduling of orders. We cannot guarantee your new date will be available based on time and current order volume.


We do not offer refunds on cancellations within 4 days of specialty orders.

All orders canceled within 2 weeks of the order are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee.

Store credit will be given for all refunds.
